We started out shooting property videos and running CMAs for agents.
When you list with an agent, marketing is one item on a long list of things they handle. They are running showings, fielding calls, negotiating, chasing paperwork, and managing other listings at the same time. Marketing gets whatever attention is left at the end of the day. Then you pay full commission for it.
We saw this from the inside, over and over. So we built a company that does the marketing only, does it properly, and charges a fixed fee instead of a percentage.
We specialize in Anglo neighborhoods throughout Israel, for both sales and rentals, and we work in Hebrew and English.

Mordechai handles the shoot and the creative. Yosef handles strategy and the client relationship. Between them they are on every campaign — there is no account manager layer, and nobody is juggling fifty listings.
Hebrew and English are both native here, which is why the marketing runs properly in both rather than being translated into one of them.
